Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 bar 80gr. dark (100%)
- chocolate Hoja Verde
- 200 gr. butter
- 6 eggs
- 400 gr. sugar*
- 180 gr. flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- ½ Cup nuts
Frosting:
(Optional)
- 1 bar 80 gr. dark (100%) chocolate Hoja Verde
- 100 gr. sugar
- 200 ml cream
- nuts

Beat eggs with sugar; add butter and the chocolate previously melted in a double boiler.
Add flour, nuts and yeast. Pour chocolate mixture into greased baking pan, bake in preheated oven (150 ºC-180 ºC) (302 ºF-356 ºF) for 40 minutes.
Let it cool down and cover with chocolate melted with cream and sugar.
When it is cool decorate with nuts. You can cut the brownies and cover them with the same chocolate used in the filling.

Ingredients
- 1 bar 80gr. dark (100%) chocolate Hoja Verde
- Oranges: 3 big ones
- 6 teaspoons of sugar*

Preparation: |

Make orange juice out of one orange and set it aside. Peel the other two oranges, do not leave the white core (it is very sour) and cut the oranges into 1/2 cm slices. Put the sliced
oranges into the refrigerator. Meanwhile, melt
the chocolate over a double boiler together with
the previously squeezed orange juice and add
sugar.
When it is completely melted, take out the
oranges from the refrigerator and dip them into
the chocolate. Place them aside and wait till they
cool down. Serve them when they are completely
cool. If you do not eat them all, keep them in the
refrigerator so the chocolate does not melt.

Ingredients
- 1 bar 80gr. dark (100%) chocolate
Hoja Verde cut into small pieces
- 1 Cup cream
- 1 Tablespoon condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar*
- Optional 4 tablespoons of liqueur
like Kahlua, Amaretto, etc.

Preparation: |

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, heat
cream with condensed milk and sugar. Remove
from heat and add chocolate. Wait until de
chocolate has melted, then mix it with the cream
and sugar. Add the liqueur. Pour the mixture
into a fondue pot. Use any fruit or cookies to dip
into the chocolate:
Strawberries
Bananas
Apples
Mangos
Pears
Cookies
Marshmallows
