Ingredients
- 1/3 80gr. dark (100%) chocolate bar Hoja Verde
- 1 Cup milk
(you can also use skimmed milk, soy milk or non-lactose milk)
- 1 Cup ice cubes
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- Sugar* optional (You can use fructose, brown sugar, honey or sugar cane)

Preparation: |

Chop the chocolate into small pieces; put it
in a microwave container with milk into the
microwave oven for 30 seconds. Once the
chocolate is melted pour it together with the
milk into a blender at high speed until you
obtain a smooth mixture. Add the sugar and
finally the ice cubes. Pour it over chilled
glasses and serve it cold.

- 1/3 80 gr. dark 100% chocolate bar Hoja Verde
- 1 Cup milk (you can also use skimmed milk, soy milk or non-lactose milk)
- 1 cup water
- Sugar* optional (you can use fructose, brown sugar, honey or sugar cane)

Preparation: |

Combine milk, water and chocolate in a
small pot. Cook it over medium heat,
stirring constantly until it is warm
(without boiling) and the chocolate has
completely melted (some traces may
remain). Remove from heat. Beat with hand
beater until smooth and foamy or use a
blender. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs
and serve immediately.
Try it without milk!!!

Ingredients
- 1 Cups butter
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 Cups sugar*
- 2½ Cups oatmeal
- 1 Cups brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 1 bar 80gr. dark (100%) chocolate
- Hoja Verde cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1½ Cups of chopped nuts

Preparation: |

Beat butter and the two sugars until they are creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix
together with the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking
powder and baking soda. Add chocolate pieces
and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls two
inches apart on baking trays.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 180 ºC (356 ºF).
Makes 56 cookies.
